We reply as soon as we can. For GDPR requests (a copy of your data, or erasure) the law gives us one month and we keep to it.

To get it sorted in one go, please include the email address you sign in with, your device, and what happened.

How to cancel a subscription

We cannot cancel it for you — it is cancelled in the store you bought it from. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

iPhone / iPad: Settings → your name at the top → Subscriptions → YPT → Cancel Subscription.
Android: Google Play → your profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → YPT → Cancel subscription.

After cancelling, the subscription runs to the end of the period you already paid for. Workout logging and your whole history stay free afterwards.

How to delete your account

In the app: Profile → Delete account. This deletes the account together with every workout, set and your athlete profile. It cannot be undone.

Note: deleting your account does not cancel a subscription — that is cancelled separately in the store, see above. Cancel it before you delete the account.

If you cannot get into the app, write to support@yptlogapp.com from the address the account is registered to.

What is free and what is paid

Free, with no limits: logging workouts, sets, reps, weight, RPE, your full history, progress charts and personal records.

YPT PRO: the AI coach that builds sessions, weekly plans and programs from your history and profile. You see the price in the app before you confirm the purchase; the stores convert it per country.

Restoring a purchase

If you reinstall the app or move to another device, use Restore purchase on the subscription screen. Sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account you bought the subscription with.

Health

YPT is not a health service and the AI coach is not a doctor or a physiotherapist. You train at your own risk. If you have health problems or are coming back from an injury, talk to a doctor first. The details are in the Terms of Service.
